Ab challenge, Day 3

Whew!  My abs are sore!
Hope yours are too :)

25 weighted sit ups
35 incline sit ups
30 leg lifts
25 V-ups
20 in-outs
50 crunches with legs in diamond shape...knees out, touches the floor, toes together
20 second plank
20 second plank with hip dips
20 second side plank
20 second side plank with hip dips
