Ab Challenge- Day 1

I pinned an Ab Challenge on Pinterest.  I would share it with you, but I've changed it so much I thought I should just post my own.  I'm continuing the challenge through Thanksgiving...hopefully my tummy will be nice and tight and won't budge with all the yummy food consumption.

25 weighted sit-ups
25 incline sit ups
20 leg lifts
10 V-ups
10 in-outs
40 crunches
30 second plank
15 sec side plank
15 sec side plank


Each day will get a little bit harder.  Stick with me...your pants won't regret it!
