Body toning weight workout

Need one set of light/medium weights.

Each set= 30 reps

Bicep curls
Tricep kickbacks
Bent over wide rows

Squats
Alternating lunges
Plie squats


*Plank-30 seconds


Hammer curls
Shoulder press
Tricep pushbacks

Ski squat
Static lunge
Curtsy


*Plank with hip dips-30 seconds


Push ups
Leg lifts
(on all 4's, weight held behind knee) Weighted sit-ups

Tricep push ups
Hip press
Bicycles

*Side plank-30 seconds each side


Overhead press
Lateral raise
Bent over pulls 


Calf raises
Dead lift
Side lunge


Repeat all the way through, without planks, 16 reps each.
